Who will I sign the contract with?
With Properation Consultant Limited OÜ, registry code 17176878. We are your sole contractual counterparty and are responsible for delivery, even though engineering is carried out by our development partner.
Who owns the software and source code?
All work product is assigned to us by our development partner and, as set out in the Statement of Work, transferred to you upon full payment. The partner's pre-existing tools are licensed for use in your software.
How is the work billed?
Dedicated-team engagements are invoiced monthly according to the man-days actually provided, supported by timesheets and a monthly progress report. Payments are made by bank transfer from your company's account, quoting the invoice number. We do not accept cash or payments from unrelated third parties.
How can we check progress?
You receive a status report every two weeks and, each month, the latest source code, technical documentation, and a progress report with timesheets.
What information do you need before we start?
Company registration documents, details of directors and beneficial owners, and a description of the project and its intended use, so that we can complete our due-diligence (KYB) checks. See our AML & CFT Statement.
